Public access pages

Frequently Asked Questions

Public access pages allow your employees to access schedules, calendars and request time off when not authenticated. This means regular employees do not need to sign into WorkSked to perform certain tasks.

This is accomplished using obfuscated URLs (difficult to guess webpage addresses). Webpage addresses are created using tokens that are unique to each account and employee. See What Are Tokens? for more information.

Your personal public access page addresses are listed at the bottom of all emails you receive from WorkSked — like when your schedule is emailed to you.
