Administrators can receive notifications via email when a published schedule is over budget. You must have administrative rights to assign employees to receive budget notifications.
Follow these steps to assign administrators to receive budget notifications:
- Go to the Settings page.
- Select the Manage Locations, Departments, and Positions link.
- Choose a location from the drop-down (if not already showing).
- Select Edit this department for the desired department.
- Update the Budget Notifications list using the provided drop-down. Each selected administrator will receive a notification when a schedule is published that is over budget.
